What is Integrative Health Coaching?
Integrative Health and Wellness is an approach to self care that addresses the full range of dimensions that affect a person’s life. While treating symptoms is an important piece of your health, there is more to pay attention to in uplifting your overall well-being.
The coaching process provides a safe space for you to discover which dimensions of your well-being need focus and change. In a collaborative effort we will set goals and make an action plan to achieve those goals, resulting in new, healthy habits that will give you confidence.
Understanding which dimensions are important and need attention can be challenging to figure out on your own. This process looks different and is unique to each person. My objective is to help you identify, create and sustain new habits that will allow you to live healthy and feel free, secure, and content with your life!
