Prior to our session, you'll be provided with a short, guided meditation and a simple reflection activity. These will help you discover what you need to start feeling more connected to your true self and gain a better understanding of what you need moving forward. You'll examine where you're at in different areas of your life and discover more specifically what is missing for you. After completing this part of the package, you'll feel less overwhelmed and more excited about making changes to move you closer to the person you want to be.


In this 90-minute virtual session, you'll decide precisely where in your life you want to start working towards true self-connection. You'll get clarity on what you value in life and how you can take those first steps towards being your authentic self. By the end of our session, you'll feel lighter, more confident, and ready to take on making a tangible difference in your own life.

You'll receive a customized e-book that will remind you of your intentions and goals, along with a detailed action plan on how you're going to make positive change. You'll also be provided with guided meditations and inspirational activities to keep you motivated and  focused to follow through with your action plan.


Three weeks later, I'll check in to see how you're doing and ask about your experience with implementing your action plan. If necessary, we'll find adjustments you might need to make moving forward. You'll feel a renewed sense of confidence and more control in your own life.
