This short guided meditation followed up with a simple reflection activity will help you get more precise on where in your life you want to start making changes. We know that something better is out there for you and getting a foundational understanding of what that personally looks like is the best place to start. After sitting down to dig deep for what is missing, we’ll be able to jumpstart our session with discovering what you need to start feeling more self-connected. You’ll have a new perspective of your life and feel new hope for what’s to come.
In this 90-minute video session you’ll decide where in your life you want to start working towards true self-connection. You’ll get clarity on what you value in life and how you can take those first steps towards being more true to yourself. By the end of our session you’ll feel lighter, more confident, and ready to take on making a tangible difference in your own life.
You’ll receive a customized workbook that will remind you of your intentions and goals and an action plan to support you towards unblocking. You’ll also be provided with guided meditations and inspirational activities to keep you motivated and your mindset focused and calm throughout the plan.
Three weeks later we’ll check in to see how you’re doing and discuss the whole of your experience with all it’s challenges and successes. If necessary, we’ll find adjustments you might need to make moving forward. You’ll leave the session feeling confident, accomplished and more in control of your own life.
